My Ride K-12 App

Davis School District Transportation has a new way for parents to track their students on the bus and get real time updates. Here is information from Transportation to all parents:

Dear parents,

We looked forward all summer for the 2025-26 school year to begin, and here we are — ending the second week of the school year. We appreciate you choosing to send your children to our schools.

My Ride K-12 App VideoAs you know, the Davis School District Transportation Department is using the My Ride K-12 website and mobile app.

For some, the website and mobile app have worked great. For others, it’s been a challenge, and we recognize that.

In an effort to improve, we have worked out some kinks and have streamlined processes we have followed previously.

If you have struggled with the My Ride K-12 website and app, we highly encourage you to use it again. A short video has been produced to provide you an easy step-by-step way to help you stay informed about school bus schedules and arrivals.

You can also scan the QR Code or click directly on it as a link for step-by-step instructions on how to sign up and connect your student.

Please note, some have said in the process of signing up and verifying their email, they have received an error message. However, they also add that when they return to the app and log into the account, the app seems to function normally. In the time being, we are working on fixing that.

The My Ride K-12 app currently works with the following languages: English, French (Canada), Spanish, Korean (South Korea), Russian, Somali and Vietnamese. If your preferred language is not listed, please use Google Translate.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 801-402-7500 or transportationoffice@dsdmail.net for assistance.

Sincerely,

Davis School District Transportation Department
